Check-in is 5 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee. The total rental amount is due at the time the reservation is made. The total amount includes taxes and accommodation fees of 10%. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required upon check-in for incidental charges.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check in.

After-Hours Check-in Procedure: The after-hours check-in box is located on the south side of the office. Pick up the red telephone and you will be connected with Premier Resorts Sun Valley’s on-call person. Give the reservation number or the last name of the person under which the reservation was booked. From their location they will electronically release the box. Inside the box you will find an arrival packet with your name on it. The packet contains a map and keys to your unit, arrival registration card, and assorted information about the Sun Valley area. Please review the information inside and return the arrival registration card to the office the following day.
