There is a 24-hour check-in box available. During office hours pick up directions and keys from 333 S Main Street, Ketchum, ID 83340. There is an after-hours check-in located on the south side of the building.

After-hours check-in procedure: The after hours check-in box is located on the south side of the office. Pick up the red telephone and you will be connected with Premier Resorts Sun Valley. Give the reservation number or the last name of the person under which the reservation was booked. They will electronically release the box. Inside the box you will find an arrival packet with your name on it. The packet contains a map and keys to your unit, arrival registration card, and assorted information about the Sun Valley area. Please review the information inside and return the arrival registration card to the office the following day.

Check-in Instructions: Located in the Sockey Square building on your left ater entering Ketchum city limits from the south, at 333 S Main St.
Check-in is 5 PM and checkout is 10 AM.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee. The total rental amount is due at the time the reservation is made. The total amount includes taxes and accommodation fees of 10%. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required upon check-in for incidental charges.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check in.
